Ingredients.
2 lbs. spare ribs
1-1 1/2 cup. brown sugar
2-3 garlic cloves
1 cup. water
2-3 tbsp. soya sauce
Par-boil spare ribs for 15 minutes, then place in medium pot with all other ingredients. Boil 1 hour until sauce because thick like molasses. Serve with steamed or fried rice.
