Ingredients.

2 1/2 cup. flour
1/4 cup. poppy seeds
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup. salt
1 1/2 cup. flour
1/3 cup. butter, melted
1 egg

Directions.

Add sugar and slightly beaten egg to mashed bananas.Add melted butter, and dry ingredients. Bake in muffin pan for 20 minutes at 375
