we use this quit often when camping, we also make this at home. it's not only for breakfast, we have it for all meals.

Ingredients.

4 to 5 potatoes
Salt water
1 pound bacon, salt pork or fat back
4 to 5 eggs

Soak potatoes in salt water overnight.

Slice potatoes.

Fry meat. Crumble into small pieces.

Put potatoes in skillet and fry. Add crumbled bacon. Break eggs onto potatoes and let cook until eggs begin to harden. Stir until everything is blended together.
