Ingredients.

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup ketchup
3 pieces chopped celery
1 medium grated carrot
6 to 8 split toasted hamburger buns

Brown meat and drain. Place meat in slow cooker; add remaining ingredients, except hamburger buns. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
Serves 6 to 8.
