To 1 lb.of ground fish add;

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 egg

1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs

1 small onion chopped fine



mix and form in to patties.coat each side with flour.fry in butter,margarine or oil.

Got some wine going. My Wife wanted some white wine so I got 12 gallons of that in the primary fermatation state. Then I transferred that to the carboys and set 12 gallons of red wine today. After that I looked at the equipment and decided that we can do 12 more gallons of red so I ordered the supplies. 



So that will be 36 gallons of beautiful wine just working away in about another week. Each 6 gallons should make 28-30 bottles so go figure.

1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter, softened

3/4 tsp. dry mustard
<br />
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Whip butter until creamy. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, mix well. After steak are cooked to desired doneness, top each one with with 1 tablespoon. Makes enough for 10 steaks.

To softened butter add 1 of these ingredients:



1/4 teaspoon dill weed or 3/4 teaspoon fresh dill

1 tablespoon finely chopped chives

1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon basil leaves or 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, boiled,
