3 cup. cooked brown rice

1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

1 C sour cream

½ stick melted butter

1 or 2 eggs (one egg will be less fluffy, 2 will be more fluffy)



Options – I usually put a couple tablespoons finely mined onion, a bit of crushed garlic and a 1/8 t black pepper. The recipe is forgiving so add what you want.

Ingredients.



3 ounces ground beef

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. chili sauce

1-1/2 tsp. brown sugar

1 Sweet roll, lightly toasted, split



Cook beef 5-8 minutes in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat, until browned. Stir in chili sauce and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Spoon onto rolls and serve with pickles. </description>

Ingredients.



4 pork chops

4 med. potatoes (sliced)

2 green pepper, rings

1 can tomato soup

1 lg. onion (sliced)

1/2 cup. water



Directions.



Brown the pork chops in a little oil, set aside. In saucepan place onions and brown lightly. In a casserole dish place potatoes, green pepper rings, onions and pork chops. Cover with tomato soup and water. Bake 1 hour covered. Remove lid and continue to bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with tossed salad. </description>
