We made 25 pounds at a time and the recipe was equal amounts of Miracle Whip and sugar and 1/4 the amount of oil and vinegar. But here it is in a table serving amount.

Sauce:

1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup oil

1/4 vinegar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. dry mustard

3 tbsp. sugar

1/2 cup. evaporated milk

dash cayenne pepper

1 1/2 cup. salad oil

2/3 cup. vinegar



Directions.



Carefully measure the five ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend for 15 seconds. Gradually add the oil into the blender while at medium speed. When the mixture is thick and smooth, add the vinegar and blend for fifteen seconds. pour into covered jar and refrigerate. Makes 3 cups. </description>
