Margarine or butter

Directions.

Put flour and salt into a deep baking dish (to reduce the flour spray). Take a steak, put in the flour mixture, and pound the flour-covered meat until thin (I use the edge of a thick coffee mug to pound with).

Put the margarine or butter in a frying pan. When skillet is hot, flash fry the steak - just a couple of minutes on each side. DO NOT OVER-COOK! </description>
