If you like cracker crumbs, you will love crushed pretzels!! Put them in a blender and chop or use a rolling pin until they are as fine as you would like. Dip the mushrooms, chicken, fish, steak in egg and coat with "pretzel dust" and fry 'til golden brown. This "mixture" can be used on just about any thing. Just make sure you never use the fines from the bottom of the pretzel bag, way to much salt at the bottom of the bag.
