1 t. lemon juice 



1 T. grated lemon peel 



1 package pectin 



6 C. sugar 



Combine raspberries, water, lemon juice, lemon peel and pectin in a large pan. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Add sugar, return to a boil. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat and let set 5 minutes. Spoon off any foam that may be on top.

1/2 cup brown sugar 

1 1/2 cups toasted walnuts, minced 

1 box pectin 

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix bananas, walnuts, lemon juice and powdered pectin in large kettle.

1 box sure-jell 



Put sugar into separate bowl and set it aside... 

Pour peaches and sure-jell into large pot... 

Heat to full rolling boil... 

Add sugar fast... 

Return to full rolling boil again and boil for 1 minute... 





Remove from heat... 

Put into jarsand seal with the lids.... 

Turm them up-side down for 5 minutes... 

Then turn back up-right to cool... 



Do not move the jars for 24 hours.... </description>

Measure sugar into separate container and set it aside.... 

Stir sure-jell into berries... 

Add butter... 



Bring to a full rolling boil...(When stirred it does not stop) 

Add sugar quickly...
