2 lbs crawfish tails
2 sticks of real butter
1/2 cp chopped green onions
1/2 cp chopped bell pepper
1/2 cp heavy cream
1 can of rotel drained


Add butter to large sauce pan and reduce it
add green onions and bell pepper
stir fry all together add in craw fish and cream
cover mixture with water and rotel, bring to a boil
add red pepper and salt to taste
cook at high boil 15 minutes , can be eaten over rice or pasta
you want to reduce it till thickens
