Ingredients.

1/4 cup. sugar
3 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger or ginger in syrup
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 cup. orange juice
1/4 cup. vinegar

Directions.

Melt butter and corn starch stirring well. Add remaining ingredients and cool over low heat until clear.
