Ingredients

1 lb of Hamburger or breakfast sausage
32 oz Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp of Italian seasoning or 1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil and 1/4 tsp thyme
6-8 uncooked Lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp pepper
1tblsp parsley flakes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Brown hamburger or sausage (my family prefers the sausage). Drain. Add sauce and Italian seasonings and set aside. In a bowl mix cottage cheese, egg, parsley, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. In a 9x13 microwave-safe dish- 1/3 of sauce then 3-4 noodles, then cheese mixture and shredded cheese. Keep layering......Cover with Plastic Wrap. Microwave lasagna on high for 15 minutes, and then on medium for 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
