Ingredients.

2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 med. potatoes, peeled and shredded
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

in a mixing bowl blend the eggs, potato and flour together. Add salt and peeper, mixing together well. Drop the batter into hot frying oil by a tablespoon. Cook each side until crisp and brown.
