Here's A Good One.

You Need A Quart Size Zip-Lock Baggie.

Ingredients.

3 Eggs
Fixings - Could Be Any Of The Following.
Bacon Pieces - Fry Bacon And Cut Into Little Pieces.
Cooked Ham- Sliced Into Little Pieces Or Cubed.
Onion - Diced
Green Pepper - Diced
Shredded Cheese.
Mushrooms - Chopped.

Directions.

Bring Water In Pan 3/4 Full To A Rolling Boil,
Mix In Zip-Lock Baggie 3 Eggs, And Ingredients Above Of Your Choice For Taste.

Seal Bag - Important So It Don't Leak When Boiling.
Mash Bag With Hands To Mix Well.

Place In Boiling And Put Lid On Pan, Can Boil More Than One At A Time If Pan Holds Them.

Boil For 12 Minutes.

Slides Right Out When Done- Watch For Steam When Opening Bags.
Add Catchup Or Cheese After Placed On Plate..

I Tried This This Morning And Man Is This Good. Fry The Onions, Peppers, Ham, And Mushrooms All Together Then Add To Egg Mixture.
