Ingredients.

1/2 cup. hot ketchup or chili sauce
1/2 tsp. onion juice
24 crisp round cheese flavored crackers oregano
1/4 lb. Pepperoni (cut into slices)
sliced mozzarella cheese


Mix ketchup and onion juice. Spread onto crackers. Lay on a cookie sheet and sprinkle oregano over top. To each cracker add a slice of spicy Italian pepperoni. Cover with a 1 inch square of cheese. Broil for 1 minute keep cookie sheet approximately 3 inches from heat. When cheese has melted, serve at once.
