Ingredients.

1 med. green pepper (3/4 cup.)
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 cup. dry bread crumbs
1 cup. Swiss cheese (cubed or shredded)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
2 tbsp. onion (finely chopped)
1 - 71/2 oz. can tomatoes (cut up)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 pork steaks

Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender, but not browned. Toss with: bread crumbs, un-drained tomatoes, cheese, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle meat with salt. Divide stuffing mixture among steaks. Roll up jelly roll style, secure with toothpicks. Place in 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Serves 6.
