Ingredients.

2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. lard or oil
6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped



Sift together flour, salt and pepper, dredge chops with this and brown in skillet or frying pan in hot lard. Add chopped tomatoes and peppers. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes minutes. Makes 6 servings.
