Ingredients.

1 medium size pork roast

SAUCE.

1/2 cup. catchup
1/3 cup. chopped onion
1/3 cup. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 drops Tabasco sauce

When roast is almost cooked,cover with sauce. Cook on how heat a little longer until sauce gets in and around the meat. To prepare the sauce: Gently fry onions and celery. Mix catchup and other ingredients into onions, celery etc. Stir over low heat for a few minutes, then put over the pork roast. Serve with fried rice.
