Ingredients.

1 cup. raisins
7 cup. soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup. butter
1 cup. chopped onion
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 cup. chopped celery
3 cup. tart diced apples
1/4 cup. finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Place raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well and combine with bread crumbs. In a saucepan melt the butter, and saute the onion, crumbs. To this mixture add the apples and parsley. Season to taste. Makes about 12 cups.
