Ingredients.

1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds

Directions.

Stir ingredients together. Cover; chill.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.
