Ingredients.

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 cup. celery, chopped
1/4 cup. green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (7-oz.) can white tuna, drained
1 cup. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. sesame seeds

In saucepan, melt butter, saute onion, celery and green pepper for 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in mayonnaise and salt, blend well. Stir in tuna and 1/2 cup grated cheese, heat until cheese melts and tuna is hot. Spoon mixture over baked potatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese and sesame seeds. Broil 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
