Ingredients.

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1/4 clove garlic
pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cup. evaporated milk
1/4 cup. salad oil
1/4 cup. tarragon or cider vinegar

Directions.

Carefully measure the first seven ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 second. Add the salad oil and blend 15 seconds, or until thick. Add vinegar and blend another 15 seconds. Pour into a covered jar and refrigerate. Makes 3 cups.
