Ingredients.

2 packages. orange jello
1 (19-oz.) tin crushed pineapple
2 envelopes gelatin
3 med. carrots, grated
3 Tsp sweet mixed relish

Directions.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.Dissolve gelatin in pineapple syrup drained from pineapple.Heat pineapple syrup and gelatin until lukewarm,add to jelly and stir well.Add 2 cups cold water.Stir until completely dissolved.Add grated carrot,pineapple and sweet relish.Stir well.Pour into 9x13-inch pan or dish.Set well.Cut in squares.Makes approximately 50 servings.
