Ingredients.

1 envelope dehydrated chicken with rice soup
3 cup. water
1- 7oz. can boneless chicken (chopped)
1/2 cup. sliced celery
1 egg (slightly beaten)
chopped parsley


Simmer together the soup mix, water and celery for 10 minutes. Add the chopped chicken with its juice. Bring to a boil and stir in the egg. Serve immediately in heated bowls. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 4
