Ingredients.

1 1/2 cups of ice cold skimmed milk



2-4 ice cubes
1 cup of frozen or fresh cherries
1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
Assorted edible rose petals

Blend until light and frothy. Pour into chilled glasses and serve ice cold. Garnish with rose petals. Pop in a few extra cherries and strawberries for additional magic.
