Apple Pie ( another Everclear recipe)

1 Gallon Apple Cider
1/2 Gallon Apple Juice
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cinnamon Sticks
2-3 Cups of Ever Clear

Bring Cider,Juice, Sugar and sticks to a boil.
Then simmer until Cinnamon sticks float.
10-15 minutes. Let cool. Add everclear to taste.
Usually 2-3 cups is perfect. More and it starts to get a bite but at 2-3 it is perfect.

Enjoy but be cautious. It tastes just like pie but has a heck of a kick! Perfect for ice fishing
