Southwestern flavor with ease - just combine prepared salsa and Italian dressing. Add Equal and lime juice for a sweet/tart flavor that enhances beef or pork.

Fajita Marinade

1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 cup prepared salsa
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Equal® Sponful*
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pork or beef in glass container or resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Drain meat. Grill, brushing with additional as it cooks. Discard any remaining used marinade.

Makes 8 servings.

* May substitute 1 1/2 packets Equal sweetener
