This recipe is for 20 crappie fillets.
1 cup flour.
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon pepper.
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 teaspoons sugar.
1 teaspoon dried parsley.
mix all ingredients in a gallon size ziplock bag. wash fillets and pat dry with paper towel. put fillets in ziplock bag all at once and close tight and shake to coat evenly. fry in skillet till golden brown.
serve with fried potato's with skin on with 1 large onion chopped up and some salt and pepper added.
