2 LB COD FILLETS

1 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS

4 TBSP BUTTER

1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION

1/2 CUP MILK

SALT,PEPPER,PARSLEY FLAKES

GREASE BAKING DISH,CUT FISH IN BITE SIZE PIECES AND SEASON. COVER BOTTOM OF DISH WITH HALF OF THE BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE FISH ON TOP AND SPRINKLE ONION OVER FISH,POUR MILK OVER THIS MELTBUTTER,ADD REMAINDER OF BREADCRUMBS TO MELTED BUTTER PLACE THIS OVER FISH.SPRINKLE PARSLEY FLAKES OVER TOP BAKE AT 350 FOR 25-30 MIN OR UNTIL FISH IS COOKED SERVE WITH BAKE POTATO OR CREAM POTATO
