Quantities are in full jars that you buy in the store, get all the same size, this batch of seasonings came from the dollar store and their jars are around 4 or 5 Oz's.
What you need:
1 1 gallon zip seal bag.
1 Red Pepper (cyan pepper)
1 Black Pepper
1 Basil (sweet crushed, can powder it in the food processor)
1 Minced onion
1 Parsley flakes
1 Oregano
1 Garlic Powder
1 Paprika
1/2 Chili Powder

If you prefer, you can take all the flaked seasonings, and run em in a food processor until they are powdered.

Open and pour all into the Ziploc bag, allow a little air to remain, seal real good and shake like heck, thoroughly mix.
Remove the air and freeze or store in a cool dark dry place. I store it in the freezer, you only use a little at a time, so it last forever.

OK, here's the ratios

Seasoning quantities,

Use about 1/8 to 1/4 cup of seasoning to 4 cups of self rising flour in a separate zip lock bag. Just mix the seasoning into your flour and you have got one tasty coating. Of course if you like it spicier, you can up the amount of seasoning to the flour.

Add fish or chicken to the bag and shake and fry.. mighty tasty!
