1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, diced
1 can chicken gumbo soup
garlic powder
1-2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard

Brown the ground beef or turkey with the onion. Cook together until done. Drain off fat.

Add chicken gumbo soup, garlic powder, brown sugar,Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard.

I sometimes add a little cheddar. You can omit the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce if you do not like it and add more mustard.

If You Ain't Cookin You Ain't Eatin.
