Ingredients.
2 1/2 cups King Arthur Bread flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. bread machine yeast
2 Tbls. vegetable oil
8oz. warm water
In food processor combine flour, sugar, salt, oil and process 2 minutes.
Add yeast and slowly drizzle in warm water until dough rolls into a ball. Observe dough, if it is sticky, add additional flour until satin smooth.
In a large bowl whipped with vegetable oil, place dough ball and cover with a towel. Let rise to double size approximately 40 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
Punch down onto 16-inch pizza pan, add sauce and cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until golden brown crust on bottom.
