1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. onions
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. shortening

Mix meat, bread crumbs,onions,egg. salt,ginger and milk together. Shape into 1'' balls and cook in shortening until browned. Remove meatballs and pour off grease.

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 sml. can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 sauce
1/2 c. green peppers

In a bowl mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce and stir until smooth. Then pour into frying pan, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add meatballs, pineapple and green pepper. Heat thoroughly. Serve with rice.
