Ingredients.

1 package. lemon jello mix
1 pt. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup. grated carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup. shredded cabbage


Dissolve jelly mix in hot water, add vinegar and salt. Chill until slightly thick. Season carrots and cabbage with a little salt. Fold in jelly until slightly thickened and chill until firm
