Ingredients.
2 lbs. fresh carrots, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced (thin rings)
1 medium. green pepper (sliced thin)
1 can tomato soup (10oz.)
3/4 cup. vinegar
2/3 cup. sugar
1/2 cup. cooking oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook carrots until barely tender. Drain and combine all other ingredients and pour over carrots. Refrigerate. Best made a day ahead
