Horseradish Potato salad

Ingredients.

4 extra-large baking potatoes(about a pound each)
1 Teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 hard cooked eggs chopped
2 green onions sliced
3 bacon slices cooked and crumbled


Peel potatoes,and cut into 1 inch cubes. Cook in boiling water and salted with 1 teaspoon for 20 minutes or till tender.
Stir together sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add potatoes eggs and green onions, tossing gently. Cover and chill, sprinkle with bacon when served.
