Combination Dressing. 2 Lbs OR 1 Quart.
Whipped Cream. 12 oz OR 3 Cups.
Salt. 1/2 OZ OR 1 Tbsp.
Lemon Juice. 4 OZ OR 1/2 Cup.
Chicken, Cooked, Cubed. 5 Lbs, 6 OZ OR 4 Quarts.
Celery, Diced 2 Lbs OR 2 Quarts.
Pickles, Sweet, Chopped. 1 Lbs OR 2 Cups.
Eggs, Hard- Cooked, Diced 1 Lb, 8 OZ OR 12 Eggs.


1. Blend salad dressing, whipped cream, salt and lemon juice.

2. Fold In Chicken, Celery, Pickles and Eggs, using care to prevent breaking pieces of chicken and eggs.

3. Serve 4 OZ / 114 g On Salad greens garnished with salted almonds, tomato wedges or pepper rings.
