Powder Sugar 1 Lb OR 3 Cups, packed.
Egg Whites 6 OZ OR 3/4 Cups.
Flour 1/4 OZ OR 1 Tbsp.
Walnuts, Chopped 2 Lbs OR 2 Quarts.
1. Beat egg whites at low speed. Gradually add sugar. Continue beating until stiff but moist.
2. Sift flour over nuts and fold into egg whites.
3. Drop by teaspoonful onto a slightly greased sheet. bake at 250 for 30 minutes.
