Merlot Bottled

This old man is kind of tired right now as I finally bottled some wine. I set the must 10-02-07 and did the racking when it was required. It has set under air lock for a long time so I was not concerened about it. Finally today I have it in the bottle. Tomorrow I will put the capsules on the bottles.

All that sounds simple until you hear how much. 87 bottles of wine and all Merlot. It tastes very good and Alicia likes it. I would like a little more tart taste but this will be fine for a while.

Now that my equipment is empty I will probably start thinking about the next batch.
