1/3 - 1/2 cup. Italian dressing
2 cup. Lima beans (cooked and drained)
2 firm tomatoes ( diced and drained)
1/4 cup. diced green pepper
1/4 cup. chopped green onion
1/2 cup. chopped celery
pour dressing over the warm drained beans and let stand for one hour. Combine the beans with the remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Season to taste. Pile contents into a lettuce-lined bowl. Garnish with olives and hard boil. Garnish with olives and hard boiled egg quarters. Makes 6 servings.
