Ingredients.

1 head of cabbage
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 banana
1/4 cup maple syrup

Chop up cabbage course, place in a foil lined cake pan.
Place butter an 3 equal piles chop up banana as you would for cereal, drizzle over top with syrup. Cover with foil.
Place on lower grill rack and cook for 15 min on a low/med heat then stir contents until bananas stir in cover and keep cooking and stirring every 60 sec trying not to scrape the foil. Keep covered between stirring until the cabbage takes on a brown toasted look. Remove from heat and serve.
Serves 4.

this will work also in the oven in the house, but watch close either way cause it the sugars will burn easy.
