Ingredients.

6 med. carrots
1 lg. onion
1/2 cup. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Cover and bake for 1 hour in a 375 degree pre-heat oven. Near the end of baking remove cover. Yield 8 servings.
