Ingredients.

6 potatoes, mashed
1/2 cup. soft butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme, onion salt, garlic salt or chives
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 egg, yolks
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup. crushed cornflakes


Mix all ingredients together and shape into potato logs. Roll logs in 1 beaten egg then roll into 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
