Ingredients.

1 c.potatoes (diced)
1 c. onion (diced)
1 c. carrot (diced)
1 lb. minced meat
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. boiling water
1 tin tomatoes

Put ingredients in greased casserole in order given. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Cover casserole and bake 2-2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
