Ingredients.
1 small can of unsweetened pineapple, crushed
1/2 small carton of whipped topping
2 Tablespoons of shredded coconut
2 Tablespoons of crushed pecans
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
1 orange, sectioned with only pulp remaining
1 Teaspoon of REAL rum extract
1 teaspoon of light brown sugar
1 teaspoon of grated orange peel
Incorporate all ingredients except whipped topping, grated orange peel, brown sugar and rum extract.
Next, distribute evenly into 4 chilled glasses.
Carefully stir rum flavoring into whipped topping and distribute evenly in glasses.
Very carefully, bring pineapple mixture up from bottom of glass with a long wooden spoon so as it is swirled through the rum flavored topping.
Dust with the orange peel and 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar.
