Ingredients.
4 whole-wheat tortillas
4 Sante Fe or Zesty Bean Garden Burgers or any “veggie” burger
1/2 cup salsa, low sodium variety
1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
Mix together salsa and corn. Cook the Garden Burgers on a grill, then cut in half. Cover tortillas with plastic wrap and microwave for 20 seconds, or long enough to soften. Place burger on tortillas about a third of the way from the edge. Top with salsa mixture and fold tortilla over top, rolling up. Cut into pieces and hold together with toothpick.
Note: Sodium varies with the brand of tortilla, burger and salsa used.
