Ingredients.
1 cup. carrots, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 med. apples, cored and chopped
1 cup. green onions, sliced
3 cup. cooked brown rice
1/2 cup. raisins
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook carrots in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender ans crisp. Add apples and onions. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in rice, raisins, sesame seeds and salt. Cook stirring until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
