Bean Soup.
This recipe depends on how much ham you have to work with to how much vegetables to add.
1 ham bone with meat cut off and in chunks. boil ham bone in about one gallon water and when you can strip the rest of the meat of the bone remove from pot and add to that.
1 large onion.
3 cans great northern bean.
1 package carrots.
1 package celery.
3 lbs potato's.
Spices.
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
1 teaspoon pepper.
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
cook all ingredients together but the potato's, put the potato's in when vegetables are 1/2 done so potato's don't turn to mush.
