Rinse and wipe cod tongues with damp cloth. Mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 tablespoon salt. Dip each tongue in milk mixture, roll in bread crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins at 375. Serve with tartar sauce
